Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated
Geotechnical Design Engineer to join our
dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in geotechnical engineering,
preferably within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), with a strong focus on advanced
geotechnical analysis and design. This position involves the design of shoring systems,
foundations, and slope stability solutions, utilizing state-of-the-art geotechnical software tools.
Educational Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
• Master’s degree in Geotechnical or Structural Engineering (preferred)
Experience:
• 2–3 years of hands-on geotechnical design engineering experience, preferably in Saudi
Arabia
Technical Proficiency:
• Proficient in geotechnical software including PLAXIS 3D, Settle 3D, FLAC, and AllPile
• Strong background in numerical modeling and geotechnical calculations
• Proven experience in the design of shoring systems, deep and shallow foundations, and
slope stability analysis
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform advanced geotechnical analysis and design for a variety of structures including
shoring systems, retaining walls, and foundations
• Conduct detailed slope stability assessments using appropriate software tools
• Develop comprehensive geotechnical design reports, engineering calculations, and
construction drawings in accordance with project specifications and regulatory
requirements
• Ensure all designs and analyses comply with relevant local and international codes,

with consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders to promote the company’s geotechnical
solutions and expand market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with consultants, contractors, and clients to promote the company’s geotechnical and material testing services
• Prepare and submit competitive bids for both government and private sector tenders
• Collaborate with management to validate pricing strategies, align sales efforts, and plan for upcoming tenders
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to forecast pricing and develop winning proposals
• Contribute to setting annual sales targets and budgets, and work proactively to achieve or exceed them
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Uphold the company’s reputation through consistent, high-quality interactions and support
Required Skills and Competencies:
